Dean Lin, MHA, MBA, FACHE
Chief Executive Officer 

Dean is a board certified health care executive with extensive operational and business development experience in two nationally ranked health systems, both cited in multiple Presidential speeches on healthcare reform.  He is responsible for the overall strategic development of Careworks which has achieved significant growth in revenues, margin and volumes while achieving top decile performance with quality and customer satisfaction.  Prior to Geisinger Health System, Dean served as Regional Operations Officer with Intermountain Health Care's four hospitals in Salt Lake City where he led clinical, teaching, research and support services.  Prior to Intermountain Health Care, Dean was a Business Associate with The Laurel Company, which advised small and large health care business clients reposition their products and services, and a Policy Fellow with the Alliance for Health Reform in Washington, D.C.  He earned dual MBA and MHA degrees from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and received his BA in Political Science and Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He previously served as chairman of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah.
