Paying cash?

With the exception of Medical Assistance patients presenting for a covered service, everyone has the option to pay today and receive a time-of-service payment discount.  A typical visit with this discount is about $69.  We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Using insurance?

If you have insurance that participates with our clinic, your copay is collected at the time of service with subsequent payment of out-of-pocket expenses as determined by your plan.  If your insurance does not participate with our clinic, you pay cash today, receive a time-of-service payment discount, and are provided with documentation so you may seek reimbursement from your plan.
