Careworks Services

Careworks professionals are certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are able to meet your family's routine preventative care needs, give exams and vaccinations, and administer tests. All of our caring clinicians are affiliated with your local health care system.

What well care services does Careworks offer?

Physicals: Prices start at $49
School, sports, camp, driver's license, DOT recertification, pre-employment, insurance.
Cash only services. A receipt can be provided for patients to seek insurance reimbursement.
Vaccines: Prices start at $30
Flu shots (seasonal), hepatitis A, hepatitis B (series of 3), HPV, measles/mumps/rubella (MMR), meningitis, pneumonia, tetanus/diphtheria (TD)
Lab Tests/Screenings: Prices start at $10
Blood pressure, blood sugar (glucose), body mass index (BMI), cholesterol, complete blood count (CBC), drug confirmation, drug screening, flu screening, hearing, hemoglobin, mononucleosis, pregnancy, prostate, strep, TB skin test, thyroid, triglycerides, urinalysis

Our clinical professionals are also able to treat your family's routine medical needs and write prescriptions when medically appropriate.

Bladder infections, coughs and colds, diarrhea/nausea/vomiting, ear infections, flu symptoms, headaches, pink eye, seasonal allergies, sinus infections, stomachaches, strep throat
Common Skin Conditions: Prices start at $69
Cold sores, insect bites, minor burns, minor skin irritations and infections, minor sunburn, poison ivy/oak/sumac, rashes, ringworm, wart removal

For your convenience, you can head directly to the in-store pharmacy, or pick another pharmacy of your choice.

What happens after my visit?
You can choose to have your personal physician notified of your visit in case any follow-up care is needed.

Healthy Living CarePackages $95
From head to toe, our men's and women's complete health panels include a physical, blood pressure, body mass index, complete blood count, cholesterol lipid panel, blood sugar, complete metabolic panel, triglycerides, urinalysis and TSH (women) or PSA (men).
Clinical Weight Management*
Careworks' Healthy Living program includes medical weight loss management and guidelines for increasing your activity and developing healthier alternative behaviors. This program also includes healthy shopping and grocery store tips. Offered in select locations.
Smoking Cessation*
The first and last smoking cessation program you'll ever need. Our medical professionals can prescribe clinically appropriate medications to help you quit smoking. The package includes a physical exam and weekly, personalized, face-to-face consultations. Offered in select locations.
Travel-Rite Package*
For health-conscious traveler, this package includes pre-travel counseling including prescriptions for malaria prophylaxis, and appropriate immunizations for specific destinations.
Healthy Heart Risk Assessment - $49

STD Testing
If you think you may have been exposed to an STD, getting tested is a great way to provide you peace of mind.
