CareWorks Convenient HealthcareSM
services are covered by many insurance plans, and
only your co-pay will be due at the time of your
visit. Ask our medical professionals at CareWorks
if your health plan covers our services. If not,
you can pay using cash, check or credit card for
our everyday low prices. You may also call
1-800-818-1276 for the most current list of
participating insurance companies.
If we have not contracted with your insurance
company, we recommend that you call your insurance
provider to ask if you can submit a receipt and
visit summary for reimbursement. If you do not
have health insurance, CareWorks is a very
affordable option. The average price for a common
illness visit is only
$49, much less
than a visit to the emergency room or urgent care
center.
