At Careworks, the quality of healthcare we provide is first and foremost. Respect for the doctor-patient relationship is an enduring principle that we will not compromise. With the patient’s permission, we will notify you within 24 hours of his or her Careworks visit by phone, fax, letter or email in accordance with your individual preference (please indicate on the Physician Participation Form). The patient will be instructed to follow up with you as appropriate. Patients who request inappropriate care will be counseled and referred back to their medical home.
