As a preferred provider, Careworks now accepts BlueCare HMO, BlueCare HMO Plus, Adult Basic or CHIP insurance from First Priority Health, as well as BlueCare Comprehensive, BlueCare EPO, BlueCare PPO, BlueCare QHD PPO, or BlueCare Traditional from First Priority Life Insurance.
Through First Priority, Careworks will be considered a specialist service, requiring specialist level co-pay for an office visit. No referrals will be required for services and no appointment is necessary.
